Job Exploration & Professional Connection

A Success Coach is someone who will be helping the students in our Intensive Excellence and Wealthy Young Adult Program to achieve their realistic academic and personal goals. Please be aware that this is a 3-month (January to March) volunteer position. 

This is an option that Gene Xcellence has designed for companies and/or professional individuals to have a one-on-one meeting via phone, video call, or in-person to discuss the career. We ask that professional be as transparent as possible and we ask students to come into the conversation with an open mind and willingness to learn through a conversation. 

This is a great option if a student, individual professional, or company is not able to dedicate a 4-to-6-hour day of shadowing for a student.
