There are many ways to get involved with Gene Xcellence. Attend one of our events, become a member, or volunteer your time. We'd love to have you on board!

 This program is designed to identify potential leaders and challenge them to become engaged citizens. Students apply during their sophomore year to participate in their junior year of high school. 

 Recognizing that work-based learning benefits students, employers, schools, and the community, the Greenville Chamber and Greenville County Schools have partnered to create Launch GVL, an initiative to connect high school students with paid work opportunities in Greenville’s high-demand occupations.

Need your GED? Greenville Literacy Association (GLA) serves adults in the Greenville, South Carolina community with high quality instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, GED preparation and English as a Second Language.  

  The CommunityWorks Women’s Business Center (WBC) serves women and men throughout South Carolina by empowering entrepreneurs through advocacy, outreach, education and support.  

Village Launch is a small team of entrepreneurs, doers, and builders working to grow businesses in our community.
